Can Lluc is more than our hotel's restaurant; it's an experience for the senses, where gastronomy and environment merge to bring you closer to the most authentic essences of Ibiza. Our gastronomic philosophy is based on the essential and the authentic: bringing you closer to the real Ibiza through proximity Mediterranean cuisine that respects the authenticity of fresh, local products.

Our breakfasts

When the first light of dawn gently touches the hills of Sant Rafel, the kitchen at Can Lluc is already coming to life. Every morning, breakfast is prepared slowly and with great care: freshly baked croissants filling the hotel with their aroma, traditional Ibizan cakes and sponge bakes, the classic potato omelette with onion, and a selection of pastries and sweets that arrive at your table full of authentic flavour.

This is complemented by fresh seasonal fruit from Can Pou, bursting with colour and taste, and traditional sourdough country bread from Can Bufí, perfect to enjoy with olive oil from our own harvest, tomato or homemade jams. Coffee is freshly prepared using beans ground on the spot from Cafés Ibiza, so the aroma accompanies you as you begin your day. Everything is served with freshly squeezed natural juices, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast on the terrace, as sunlight filters through the trees and you take in the peaceful calm of the Ibizan countryside before heading out to discover the island.

Marga and her team

At the heart of our gastronomic proposal is Marga Prats, one of the most beloved ambassadors of Ibizan cuisine.

Marga didn't learn at a culinary school, but in the most important place: the family kitchen. Her mother, her grandmother, and especially her father Vicent—a master of rice dishes—passed on to her not only the recipes, but the way to look at ingredients with respect, love, and creativity.

That soul shows in every dish she prepares. Marga cooks like someone telling a story: with patience, with care, with zero-kilometer ingredients, and with the intention that whoever sits at the table feels Ibiza.

Artisan olive oil that sets us apart

Producing our own extra virgin olive oil makes the difference in each of our dishes. From harvesting at the optimal moment to cold pressing, our artisanal oil achieves a unique and fresh flavor impossible to obtain with commercial oils.

We use it both raw to finish salads and fish, and in cooking traditional stews, where its superior quality enhances each ingredient without masking natural flavors.

Having our own oil allows us to offer complete traceability and incomparable freshness: from the olive tree to your table, guaranteeing that each drop preserves all its purity and aromatic intensity.

Flexible and tailored cuisine

At Can Lluc Boutique Country Hotel & Villas, we understand that every guest has different needs and preferences. That is why our gastronomic proposal is carefully and professionally adapted to food allergies, intolerances and cultural or specific dietary requirements, provided that we are informed in advance.

As a standard, breakfast includes a selection of naturally gluten-free products. However, we recommend informing us of any special requirements prior to arrival in order to guarantee a fully tailored and worry-free experience. Our team has extensive experience in creating personalised proposals across all our gastronomic services, from breakfast to the pool bar.
