When the first light of dawn caresses the hills of Sant Rafael, Can Lluc's kitchen is already at work.
Every day you can enjoy croissants that will fill the entire hotel with their aroma, traditional Ibizan cakes and sponge cakes, potato omelet with onion, and a selection of fresh pastries and rolls that arrive at your table with all the flavor of tradition.

At the heart of our gastronomic proposal is Marga Prats, one of the most beloved ambassadors of Ibizan cuisine.
Marga didn't learn at a culinary school, but in the most important place: the family kitchen. Her mother, her grandmother, and especially her father Vicent—a master of rice dishes—passed on to her not only the recipes, but the way to look at ingredients with respect, love, and creativity.
That soul shows in every dish she prepares. Marga cooks like someone telling a story: with patience, with care, with zero-kilometer ingredients, and with the intention that whoever sits at the table feels Ibiza.
Producing our own extra virgin olive oil makes the difference in each of our dishes. From harvesting at the optimal moment to cold pressing, our artisanal oil achieves a unique and fresh flavor impossible to obtain with commercial oils.
We use it both raw to finish salads and fish, and in cooking traditional stews, where its superior quality enhances each ingredient without masking natural flavors.
