The agrotourism Can Lluc Boutique Country Hotel & Villas (Can Gasparó S.L.) is a hotel establishment located in a rural environment of high ecological value, in the heart of the island of Ibiza.
Can Lluc was formerly a farmhouse belonging to the grandfather of the current owner, whose old building has been maintained to this day in the central area of the property with its wide stone walls and wooden beams, preserving above all the tranquillity and magic of rural Ibiza.

It is managed by the married couple Lucas Prats Ribas, Tina Soriano Guasch and their family, who manage a team of 15 people in their busiest season. This team is essential for the development of the activity.
After three years of remodelling, it opened its doors to the public in 2003, without ceasing since then to improve and extend its facilities and services, always with the aim of responding to the demands of its customers.

To certify this commitment to quality with the client, Can Lluc has joined the SICTED programme (Integral System of Quality in Destinations managed by the Balearic Government's Ministry of Tourism).

1- To offer a quality service to the client, listening to them before, during and after their stay, seeking to meet their expectations and trying to offer them the possibilities they expect to find at Can LLuc.
2- Facilities in perfect state of use and maintenance.
3- Staff in continuous training and trained to respond to customer requirements and in times of crisis.

1- Customer opinion: this is one of the main pillars of the management system, and we are always ready to listen to their opinions and suggestions in order to act accordingly.
2- Quality survey system, which provides information on the management and services offered after the stay.
3- Mistery Guest or "surprise" audits, the results of which to date are proof of the good work and good management carried out at Can Lluc.
4- Tour operators with collaboration contracts, who demand high quality standards in their inspections prior to contracting and take into account the opinions of their clients in order to maintain commercial relations with the agritourism year after year.

5- Continuous improvement plans, biannual SICTED audits and the application of certain operating protocols.

A commitment has been made to minimise the environmental impact of the activities of the agritourism, through appropriate waste management and minimising the consumption of resources. Through compliance with this quality policy, the management's commitment to continuous improvement and to the environment is clear.

Can Lluc Agroturisme has implemented an environmental management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 14001.

Commitment to comply with current applicable environmental legislation and all commitments for the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution, and other specific commitments relevant to the context of the organisation.

Commitment to continuously improve the environmental performance and management of the agritourism, to prevent any type of pollution of the natural environment, and to collaborate with the public authorities in the event of any accident affecting the environment.

Commitment to manage and minimise the waste generated, increase energy saving and reduce the consumption of water and fuel, raising awareness among customers and requesting their collaboration and environmental commitment.

Commitment to maintain facilities in a perfect state of conservation and periodically review their operation in order to avoid possible emissions, leaks or accidental spills and excessive energy and water consumption.

Commitment to inform and raise awareness among customers, employees and collaborating companies of our agrotourism, encouraging their cooperation and creating a special bond to preserve the environment and the natural environment surrounding the agrotourism.
In conclusion, Can Lluc Boutique Country Hotel & Villas has all the necessary measures to make its main activity a work subject to excellence and respectful with the environment and the rural surroundings in which it is located. A task of great relevance nowadays and whose importance is transferred both to the professional team of the agrotourism, as well as to all the suppliers and collaborators and to all the guests who stay at the hotel.
