When the first light of dawn gently touches the hills of Sant Rafel, the kitchen at Can Lluc is already coming to life. Every morning, breakfast is prepared slowly and with great care: freshly baked croissants filling the hotel with their aroma, traditional Ibizan cakes and sponge bakes, the classic potato omelette with onion, and a selection of pastries and sweets that arrive at your table full of authentic flavour.
This is complemented by fresh seasonal fruit from Can Pou, bursting with colour and taste, and traditional sourdough country bread from Can Bufí, perfect to enjoy with olive oil from our own harvest, tomato or homemade jams. Coffee is freshly prepared using beans ground on the spot from Cafés Ibiza, so the aroma accompanies you as you begin your day. Everything is served with freshly squeezed natural juices, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast on the terrace, as sunlight filters through the trees and you take in the peaceful calm of the Ibizan countryside before heading out to discover the island.
