The Casa Payesa Experience takes place in an authentic 19th-century Ibizan casa payesa, a traditional space where cuisine and local produce have always been at the heart of everyday life.

In this historic and welcoming setting, we invite you to discover Ibizan gastronomy through proposals that honour tradition and the origin of each ingredient.

Below, you will find two distinct gastronomic experiences, connected by a shared philosophy:

Can Lluc tasting menu

An ideal proposal for those who wish to discover local gastronomy in a carefully curated and accessible format, while preserving the essence of Ibizan cuisine.

• Welcome glass of cava
• Chef’s appetiser
• Starter: Ibizan salad or “ensalada de crostes”, a traditional Ibizan bread salad
• Main course to choose from:
  • Squid with sobrassada and caramelised onion
  • Low-temperature lamb with rosemary from our garden
  • Our rice speciality, minimum 2 people:
    • Black rice with cuttlefish and prawns
    • Ibizan paella with chicken, fish and seafood
• Dessert: Traditional “greixonera”, an Ibizan-style pudding

Sabors d’Eivissa experience

A more complete and sensorial gastronomic experience, designed for those who wish to delve deeper into the flavours, aromas and culinary traditions of Ibiza, in an incomparable historic setting.

• Cocktail with herbs and fruit from our estate, to choose from:
  • Payesa Margarita
  • Palomí
  • Lemonade with lavender from the estate
• Tasting of local products:
  • Olive oils from Ibiza: Can Lluc, Can Guasch, Can Rich, Can Maymó
  • “Pan payés”, traditional Ibizan country bread
  • Ibiza salt
  • Aioli with olives
• Tasting menu:
