• CHECK OUT: Check out is at 12 noon. It is important to return the keys.
• WIFI: there is open wifi throughout the hotel and in all rooms. Depending on the area of the hotel where you are, you can connect to one network or another to have the best connection. None of them require a password.
• AC COOL/HOT: only works if all the doors and windows of the room are closed and the card is inserted in the slot.
• TV: press the CH.List button on the remote control and the left arrow. On the screen select: List → OK. To choose channels: Antenna (Spanish) - Astra (international).
• MINIBAR: the prices of each product are on the menu. If you want any product that is not on the menu, please let us know and we will provide it if possible.
• ROOM CLEANING SERVICE: room cleaning service is carried out from 08:00 to 15:00.
• CAR PARK: there are several parking areas, depending on the rooms. Ask at reception or see the map.
• CAR ENTRY AND EXIT: all guests have a magnetic key on their room key ring, which gives access to the hotel grounds. To exit, press the button located on the last stone wall before the door.
• CHECK OUT: check out is at 12 noon. It is important to return the keys.

From November to March the restaurant is closed. The hotel offers a courtesy continental breakfast from 9am to 10am.

There is a gym area located under the pool with different machines, mats and weights. Check the schedule at the reception desk.
