Bar Costa
This bar located in front of the church of Santa Gertrudis is known for its spectacular sandwiches, especially the Serrano ham. It is a tradition to go to the terrace to enjoy a sandwich in the sun and views of the village church.
The bar was acquired in 1963 by Vicent Roig Pi, and it was that same year that the establishment began to be known. In the 70’s, the village was full of hippies with whom the owner managed to get along.
