delicacy:<\/p><p><strong>Panellets<\/strong>.<\/p><p>These almond, sugar and pine nut sweets are much more than just a dessert; they represent a custom that has its roots in the ancient celebrations of <strong>All Saints&#8217;<\/strong> Day.<\/p><p>In times past, these sweets were prepared at home as offerings to honour loved ones and also as a way of sharing with family and friends during the change of season.<\/p><p>On 1 November, this custom is still alive and well in Ibiza, and All Saints&#8217; Day is the perfect occasion to enjoy these sweets accompanied by sweet wine or local
