Culinary traditions that come alive in every dish
Inside our payesa house, every element tells a gastronomic story. The oil from century-old olive trees that accompanies our dishes was not only the liquid gold of Ibizan cuisine, but also natural medicine and fuel for the clay oil lamps that illuminated rural nights.
The artisanal sobrasada we taste keeps the tradition alive: in the past it was cured on porches, hung from the ceiling with esparto ropes, and each family jealously guarded their secret recipe, sharing it only during special celebrations.
Even the utensils that adorn the walls have their place in culinary history: grain separators, farming tools that prepared the land for crops, instruments that remind us that in this payesa house everything had a vital function for survival and family sustenance.

Nuestro hotel rural, construido sobre una casa familiar de más de 300 años heredada de nuestros abuelos, combina la arquitectura tradicional ibicenca con las comodidades contemporáneas.
